20% off all Market Canvases 9/18/08 to 9/20/08
I'm just back from St. Charles Missouri from my first cash and carry show. There was a great showing of some of my favorite designers with absolutely wonderful canvases. I can't wait for you all to see them!
Since I more than spent my budget, I'd like to go ahead and have a sale on all the canvases I purchased at Market. All Market canvases will be marked down 20% from Thursday, 9/18 through Saturday 9/20/08. Hope to see you at the shop!

Check out our class calendar for upcoming classes this fall. We have classes for the beginner as well as the intermediate to advanced stitcher.
Our beginner's class is a 3 week class starting in September on Saturday mornings and will be taught by Ruth Dilts, author of Needlepoint 101 and Needlepoint 202. We will be stitching the below mutli square painted canvas. You will learn to stitch the continental and basketweave stitches as well as 8 additonal stitches and work with various fibers.
Ruth Dilts will also be teaching a Halloween House class for the intermediate to advanced stitcher scheduled for 2 Saturday mornings in October. Our Mile High Princess Witch Class will be taught by Susan Goldberg and is set for 2 Wednesday mornings in October.

Please join us for our Mile High Princess Witch class on Wednesday October 8th and October 22nd from 10:00am to 1:00pm at the store. This class is for intermediate to advanced stitchers and the cost is $295 for all materials and instruction. Susan Goldberg will be teaching the class.
 
Space will be limited so please sign up early. A $140 deposit will be required to hold your spot and full payment will be required by September 5th.
Please stay tuned to the class calendar for future classes. We hope to have a beginner class up and running shortly to teach the basic continental stitch as well as additional stitches. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Sit and Stitch Monday mornings from 10am to 12pm.
Please join us Monday mornings starting June 16th from 10am to 12pm for Waste Knot Needlepoint's Sit and Stitch. This is the perfect opportunity to meet fellow stitchers and get help and advice on projects that might have you stumped.
We are located at 4502 Lee Highway in Arlington, VA below Pastries by Randolph. There is plenty of parking in the rear.

Petei Santa Trunk Show Coming Last 2 Weeks of June.
We will be having a Petei Santa Trunk show the last 2 weeks of June. She has some adorable Santas at a very reasonable price. All trunk show canvases will also be discounted by 15%. If you haven't seen her collection before, please drop by and have a look. They are worth the trip!
